Miso baked butternut squash
Serves 2
Ingredients (for the marinade)
Cupboard:
1 tbs • Miso paste
1 tbs • Maple syrup
1 tbs • Soy sauce
Fresh
1 • butternut squash
1 • handful of coriander
Prep
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix all marinade ingredients into a paste
Cut butternut squash in half and remove seeds
Brush marinade onto the squash
Cooking
Bake squash in oven for 35 mins
Garnish with coriander
Serve
